Registration Fees

 

For Foreign delegates                                                             : US 300 dollars
For South Asian delegates                                                      : Rs. 3,000/- (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka)
For South Asian students                                                       :  Rs. 1,500/-
For local delegates                                                                  :  Rs. 2,000/-
(Guntur, Vijayawada, Tenali)


Delegates will be accommodated in the University Guest House, and in the Pastoral Training Centre, situated opposite the University campus.  The Registration Fee covers accommodation and food for the period of the Seminar.  Delegates wishing to stay at Vijayawada or Guntur will on request be accommodated in hotels at their own cost.   Generally, the tariffs in these cities are in the range of Rs. 1000/- (Non-A.C. rooms) and Rs. 2000/- (A. C. rooms) in budget hotels.

 

Foreign delegates have to pay $300 as Registration Fee which includes stay and food as they will be accommodated in star hotels in Guntur.  They can pay in cash on their arrival in Guntur.

 

South Asian and local delegates have to pay the Registration Fee by A/c. payee Demand Draft only, payable at SBI (No. 4793), Acharya Nagarjuna University Campus, in favour of the Treasurer, “International Conference on Building Bridges of Friendship: Canada and India”.  Cheques will not be accepted

 

The relevant Registration fee has to be paid for accompanying spouses.


The registration forms should reach the Director on or before November 30.  (A late registration fee of Rs. 200/- will be accepted before December 15, 2019. Requests for accommodation should reach the Director on or before December 05, 2019.
